2025 Vendor Sign-Up

Thank you for your interest in joining us for our Christmas in Montrose Market,

December 5th and 6th, 2025.

This event will be based on an application process and will not be first come first serve.

Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis until all vendor spaces are

filled. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit applications ASAP.  

The event is scheduled for Friday, December 5th 4pm-8pm and Saturday, December 6th

9am-4pm on The Green in Montrose, Pennsylvania.

This is an OUTDOOR event with 10’x10’ vendor spaces. Vendors MUST supply their own

tent. Our event is held rain, snow, or sunshine. This event offers two types of spaces.

We offer a “Storefront” space that includes a wooden, student built “storefront” that

must be decorated by the vendor in that space. These spaces are $200. Vendors in

the storefront spaces MUST set up both Friday and Saturday. (You may leave your

setup overnight at your own risk.) We also offer spaces on the remaining area of the

Green at $100 each. Vendors on the Green can setup both Friday and Saturday, but can

elect to only setup on Saturday. Please note that setup on Saturday must be completed

by 7:30am.

Christmas in Montrose is not responsible or liable for any products sold or damaged at

this event. You as a vendor are responsible for your own products that are brought in,

sold or distributed.

If accepted as a vendor, more information regarding payment, set-up, parking, etc. will

be forthcoming.
